We use an integrative mix of various clinically proven counselling techniques to form a customized therapy plan that ensures our clients achieve their personal goals and start living their lives to the fullest. To do this, we teach the importance of gut health, mindfulness, movement, and meditation coupled with clinically proven counselling techniques such as:

Some people feel uncomfortable or unable to speak about their experiences, and this is where art therapy comes in. You don’t need to be Picasso in order to participate but this treatment method involves encouraging individuals to express their emotions via an emotion wheel, drawing, journaling, etc.
